Domestic orders

    All goods offered on our Site (shop.daistes.de) will be shipped from Germany. In this manner, domestic orders means orders shipped to Germany.
    Domestic order typically take 4-10 business days to arrive after payment was received (ARRIVAL TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED).

     

    International orders

    In case of International shipping the Total Delivery Time varies according to the Shipping destination.

    • EU and EEA Area: 7-14 days
    • North America: 14-42 days
    • East Europe: 14-42 days
    • Middle East/Asia: 14-56 days

    Shipping time varies also according to the season, national and international holidays periods, customs clearance times in your country and of course the distance to your country.

    Tracking

    Tracking information is not available for orders below 30€. Otherwise it will be sent to you by eamil after your order has been shipped. It can take up to 7 days following order shipment before the Tracking Number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

    Inlandsbestellungen

    Alle auf unserer Website (shop.daistes.de) angebotenen Waren werden aus Deutschland versendet. Inlandsbestellungen sind also solche, die innerhalb Deutschlands versendet werden.
    Inlandsbestellungen werden in der Regel innerhalb von 4-10 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang zugestellt. Die oben genannte ankunftszeit des Pakets ist jedoch nicht garantiert.
